Overview

Air Experts, Heating and Cooling provider in NJ is currently interviewing for an Inside Sales Representative.  You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads provided by the company.  NO COLD CALLING. We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, energetic, positive candidate with excellent communication skills!

On-site location is flexible – we have branch locations in Tinton Falls, Belmar and Hamilton Township.

Base salary PLUS unlimited commissions

Position is ONSITE in Belmar NJ.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Follow up and close warm sales leads provided by our Sales Team.
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
  • Multi-task
  • Ability to gain product knowledge quickly.
