We are seeking a highly organized and proactive working student to join Aleph Alpha’s Customer Success team. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success operations within a fast-growing AI-focused company. You'll assist the team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring that key activities are carried out efficiently and helping to improve overall productivity.
Create, edit, and manage sales related documents using Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ensure that all documents meet our company’s standards in terms of format, style, and accuracy.
Assist with updating and maintaining customer reports
Work with Confluence to structure and organize Customer success related content.
Help prevent bottlenecks by handling routine tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the Customer Success team.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology).
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Familiarity with Confluence for content management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is essential.
