Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca? 

  • Opracowywanie i realizacja strategii produktowej dla sieci agnostycznej Allegro One Box, zapewniając zgodność z wizją firmy w zakresie dostaw Allegro, logistyki 1P i 3P.
  • Kierowanie całościowym rozwojem usług agnostycznych Allegro One Box, od koncepcji po wdrożenie, zwracając szczególną uwagę na użyteczność, skalowalność i wydajność.
  • Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami, takimi jak dział prawny, finansowy, operacyjny, handlowy, TECH i CX, w celu zapewnienia płynnego świadczenia usług naszych partnerów z platfromą agnostyczną Allegro.
  • Śledzenie, analizowanie i raportowanie KPI w celu zapewnienia zgodności z celami biznesowymi.
  • Bycie na bieżąco z trendami branżowymi, warunkami rynkowymi i działaniami konkurencji w celu zapewnienia firmie korzystnej pozycji.
  • Zbieranie i analizowanie informacji zwrotnych w celu ciągłego doskonalenia oferty usług (np. NPS).
  • Przyczynianie się do rozwoju ogólnych planów strategicznych firmy poprzez dostarczanie spostrzeżeń od partnerów.

  • Posiadasz doświadczenia na analogicznym i cechujesz się samodzielnością. Liczymy na doświadczenie z branży kurierskiej lub e-commerce przy współpracy z firmami kurierskimi.
  • Wykazujesz doskonałą znajomość międzynarodowego rynku TSL wyniesioną z pracy w firmach kurierskich, spedycyjnych lub logistycznych lub e-commerce w zakresie logistyki.
  • Masz duży focus na osiąganie wyników
  • Posiadasz bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiającą swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie (minimum C1)
  • Masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu lub uczestniczeniu w rozbudowanych projektach logistyczno-transportowych
  • Czujesz się dobrze i masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rozmów na poziomie Zarządu 
  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku
  • Masz znajomość i doświadczenie w tworzeniu rozwiązań optymalizujących procesy logistyczne na rynku międzynarodowym
