The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team within GCS is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives. The Senior Manager - Expense Management Performance Insights within SPT is an opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization and help GCS navigate towards growth.
This position reports to the Director of US Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) B2B Sales & Solutions, supporting the B2B Sales & Solutions Team. This position will work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technologies and Capabilities partners to create data, critical metrics, and scalable reporting for a newly built Expense Management solution. Once reporting infrastructure is established this role will deliver strategic analyses & insights on Expense Management performance, helping craft the Go-To-Market strategy with both Product and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a deep understanding of customer and product data to drive business performance. They will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and will have experience leading analytical projects. This person should be as comfortable writing sophisticated queries as they are presenting the resulting insights to senior leadership in a concise, easy to understand manner.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
