You Have:
7+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
7+ years of experience with systems engineering, development, planning, integration, and testing of navigation payloads, communications antennas, transmitters, or receivers of a payload
3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA
Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
Experience analyzing subsystem and program-level integrated master schedules (IMS)
Experience analyzing contractor earned value management (EVM) data
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
Experience with hosted payloads management and systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing of multiple space vehicle subsystems and its components, including structural, power, attitude control, thermal, propulsion, or communication
Experience with requirements verification
Experience with space vehicle level tests including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI/EMC testing
Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or segment, DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
Possession of excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
