Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas. 

Accountabilities

• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
• Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation   efficiency and effectiveness.
• Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
• Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

Join us as a Business Architect - Process Transformation Lead where you’ll play a critical role in driving process optimization and transformation across the organization. You’ll harness strategic frameworks and methodologies to identify and enhance core processes, delivering value through diagnostic and design capabilities. Your work will directly impact organizational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of business ambitions.

To be successful as a Business Architect - Process Transformation Lead, you should have experience with:

• Experience in process improvement, change management, or similar transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of process diagnostic frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and strategy documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and process mapping software.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience in matrixed environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading small teams or squads in complex projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
