The Global Securities Lending business is an integral part of BlackRock’s Global Markets and Index Investments group (BGM). BGM brings together BlackRock’s Index Equity, Index Fixed Income, Global Trading, Securities Lending, Cash Management, ETF Markets, and Financing and Financial Resource Management teams, delivering cutting-edge investment, trading, financing, and risk management solutions. Along with other Investment teams, Global Securities Lending helps our clients achieve their investment objectives and strives to deliver persistent, long-term investment performance. Managing over $400 billion in loans, our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and leveraging world-class technology.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Analyst within the Securities Lending Client team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our Securities Lending business by leveraging your technical expertise. Working closely with BlackRock’s client-facing and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to improving client understanding of the securities lending market, driving utilization of lending portfolios, and helping shape the strategic direction of the business. In this dynamic role, you will use your analytic and technical skills to lead projects, build reporting tools, and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our ability to service and grow our client base. You will effectively balance working independently on critical tasks while collaborating across a global, fast-paced team to achieve shared objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
