BGS Digital Training and Documentation team is currently looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Digital Solutions and Analytics portfolio of products and services by analyzing, and designing, and developing effective and engaging training programs for internal users to use our suite of software and data production tools.
A successful candidate is someone who has a thirst for learning and a passion for creating the best learning experiences for our end-user. You enjoy working with a diverse global team and collaborating with customers, stakeholders and engagement partners to ensure specific learner training needs are met. You are adaptable and can manage multiple programs and/or projects in a fast-paced Agile software development environment where you display your passion for solving problems while being resourceful. You have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, which drives cross-functional teams toward shared goals. You have a deep understanding of design thinking, instructional methodologies, and have empathy for your learners. You should be curious, wanting to learn more about our learners, new technologies, better ways of connecting, and continually learning and growing your own skills and abilities— to stay ahead of the curve, and innovate new ways of creating exceptional learning experiences for our leaners and yourself.
