As Global Touchpoint Owner Website & PIM/MAM Manager you will be part of the global marketing team of the business unit Measuring Tools. You will take care of a seamless website experience for our users, from managing the Business Unit specific requirements for the data distribution to the marketing and product content itself on the website. You will be responsible for the brand strategy implementation on the website touchpoint, ensuring that the touchpoint ROI is optimized, as well as for the business unit level capability of product-specific marketing data distribution among the different channels.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
► Owns the website strategy (based on overarching marketing and touchpoint strategy) of the business unit with a focus on improving top of funnel traffic, user engagement
► Ensures user-centric UX design, relevant and engaging web content
► Responsible for the continuous evolution of BU website, making sure it is state of the art
► Leads the execution of all major web projects spanning UX design, development and optimization
► Translates the online content strategy in communication campaign concept for the web and leads the implementation of organic SEO tactics
► Implements content updates and ensures the accuracy of information
► Owns the relationship with the development agency, internal technical stakeholders
► Owns core web metric goals, analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance for the website
► Responsible for operating the BU PIM/MAM (product marketing information) system and our capability to deliver product specific data to all our channels worldwide
► Coordinates between BDO (global business IT support unit), Channel owners and Technical Platform Manager of consuming systems
► Responsible for implementation and optimization of data maintenance processes
► Together with the BDO responsible for the overarching information architecture
and governance of compliance to that structure
Which requirements are important to us?
Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
Experience: In order to be successful in this job, you would need to have the majority of professional experiences listed below:
► You are passionate digital marketing expert with more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital sales
► Capability to handle a diverse landscape of internal stakeholders with differing interests across hierarchy levels
► Proficient in handling IT and digital marketing systems
► Efficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
► Strong level of affinity for online marketing, AI tools and technology trends in marketing
► Solid project management skills and ability to handle complexity
► Experience with web CMS systems and agile collaboration tools (eg. Jira)
