BIM Coordinator - Dutch Speaker

As part of the Engineering & Methods Department, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for leading BIM projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with overall project management objectives and delivering high-quality, integrated BIM solutions.

• Project Oversight: Assist the BIM Manager in setting up BIM processes, tools, and ensuring the BIM Execution Plan aligns with project goals.
• Coordination: Serve as the main BIM point of contact internally, with partners, and subcontractors, and lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Technical Writing: Contribute to BIM technical requirements and subcontractor obligations.
• Information Management: Apply BIM workflows and manage the Information Model for reliable data exchange.
• Quality Control: Oversee BIM model QA/QC and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Model Coordination: Facilitate design coordination, clash detection, and support model validation.

• Education: Master’s degree in Construction or Architecture.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a BIM Coordinator, with large project experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, ArchiCAD, and BIM coordination software (Navisworks, Solibri).
• BIM Standards: Knowledge of BIM standards (IFC, IDM, BCF) and CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Additional Skills: Familiar with 4D/5D BIM, Grasshopper/Dynamo programming, and strong communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
