Description du poste :

Le/La candidat(e) devra notamment planifier et diriger les ventes et les activités de marchandisage, et développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec nos partenaires distributeurs, nos entrepreneurs et les personnes qui spécifient pour notre division Duraflo et Vaculine. (Duraflo Archives - Canplas)

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez être motivé et posséder d’excellentes compétences en planification et en organisation. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle doit vous passionner, et vous devez posséder une expertise reconnue en matière de ventes.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Trouver, sécuriser et développer des opportunités d’affaire à l’aide d’une stratégie d’attraction.
  • Gérer la clientèle existante en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle et en veillant à la croissance du nombre de clients ou encore de la valeur des clients actuels.
  • Être un spécialiste des produits offerts sur le territoire.
  • Se déplacer sur les territoires pour y rencontrer les clients, assurer des processus de ventes harmonieux et renforcer les relations à long terme.
  • Travailler en équipe pour optimiser les processus et gérer son temps et ses clients de façon autonome.

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be proficient in both French and English. They will be responsible for planning & directing sales and merchandising activities, as well as developing and maintaining professional relationships with our distribution partners, contractors and specifiers for our Duraflo and Vaculine division.

To be successful in this position, you need to be self-motivated with a high degree of organizational and planning skills. You must have a passion for delivering superior customer service to customers and have a proven track record to sell.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Source, secure and grow business opportunities using a pull through strategy.
  • Account management of existing book of business providing excellent customer service and growing the book with possible value adds and servicing clients.
  • Being a SME in products that are available and territory.
  • Travelling within territory to meet clients and ensure smooth sales processes and strengthening long- term relationships.
  • Working together with the team on process improvements and also working independently managing time and customer base.

Qualification :

  • Trois à cinq ans d’expérience en ventes dans des domaines connexes.
  • Formation postsecondaire (dans le domaine des affaires, de préférence).
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
  • Motivé et excellentes compétences en planification et en organisation.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Disponible pour voyager souvent et disposé à travailler à partir de la maison.
  • Titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide et d’un passeport pour effectuer jusqu’à 80 % des déplacements. Une voiture de compagnie sera fournie.

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in related areas
  • Post-secondary education (preferably business)
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of organizational and planning skills
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Available to travel frequently and work from a home office
  • Valid driver’s license and Passport to support up to 80% travel. Company car will be provided.
