CENTEGIX is seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations and Enablement to enhance sales efficiency and productivity in their Atlanta-based (hybrid) team. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, managing RFPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic growth.
Responsibilities: Manage sales operations strategies, optimize processes, provide data-driven insights, lead RFP management, and develop sales training programs.
Skills: 7+ years in sales operations/sales enablement, Salesforce proficiency, analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and process optimization expertise.
Qualifications: Proven leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives, experience in B2B or SaaS environments preferred.
Location: Position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work environment.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $100,000 - $150,000.
