Responsibilities

- Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
- Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes
- Develop child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles
- Ensure daily functions of the team are completed
Education
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines
