IT Network Specialist
This position is responsible for the support, implementation, maintenance and administration of all Charcuterie Artisans IT systems.
- Supports switches, routers, firewalls and wireless infrastructure.
- Respond to IT tickets
- Active Directory user creation, onboarding, offboarding, group adds
- Office 365 support
- Assist with corporate security initiatives
- Provides support for Laptops and Desktops
- Primarily work in the office in Salt Lake City
- Experience required in writing system documentation, system specifications/requirements, presentations, correspondence, studies, reports, and training materials.
- Demonstrated ability to properly develop and maintain accurate documentation.
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers served and IT Department staff.
- Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or comparable experience
- Three years or more years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
- Three years’ experience with VMware
- Three years TCP/IP networking
