Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operations Coordinator (Deputy Project Manager): 

Pay commensurate with experience.

Operations Coordinator (Deputy Project Manager) Responsibilities Include: 

• Plan, organize, and execute social service events for recently arrived Afghans.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
• Secure venues, transportation, and materials while maintaining budget constraints.
• Oversee on-site logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Manage procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise and support a team of Operations Logistics Coordinators.
• Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future events.
• Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, challenges, and recommendations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Operations Coordinator (Deputy Project Manager) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, event planning, or project management.
• Experience in event coordination, logistics, or community services.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
