Product Manager - Sales Enablement

Healthcare providers go into medicine to care for people, but end up losing valuable time each day to admin work and other workplace challenges. Time that could otherwise be spent helping patients. And patients end up suffering as a result. At Commure, we build solutions that simplify providers' lives and keep them connected to their patients so they can focus on doing what matters most: providing care.

Our innovative suite of software and hardware – augmented by advanced LLM AI, RTLS, and healthcare workflow automations – boosts efficiency across every domain of healthcare, freeing up healthcare providers to spend more of their time caring for patients. Our growing suite of technologies include staff duress alerting, asset tracking, patient elopement, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation and intake, provider copilots, patient engagement and communication, home health, remote patient monitoring, and more.

Today, we support over 250,000 clinicians across hundreds of care sites around the country. And we’re only just getting started: Healthcare’s watershed moment for AI-powered transformation is here – so join us in creating the technology to power healthcare!

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Product Manager to lead our Sales Enablement efforts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product development and sales teams, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our entire product portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.

    • Create and deliver comprehensive product training materials, including presentations, demos, and documentation, tailored for sales audiences.

    • Lead regular sales enablement calls and workshops to educate the sales team on product updates, competitive positioning, and best practices.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries regarding product functionality and technical details.

  • Sales Tooling & Innovation:

    • Identify and address sales team challenges by developing and implementing effective sales enablement tools and resources.

    • Utilize rapid development platforms like Retool or similar tools to quickly build internal sales tools, dashboards, and resources.

    • Explore and integrate off-the-shelf AI tools to enhance sales productivity, such as demo automation, content generation, and customer insights.

    • Develop and maintain a repository of sales scripts, demo scripts, and competitive battlecards.

  • Sales Support & Collaboration:

    • Actively participate in sales demos and customer meetings to provide product expertise and support.

    • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and go-to-market strategies.

    • Gather and analyze sales feedback to identify product improvements and inform future development priorities.

    • Contribute to the creation of sales enablement content, including case studies, white papers, and blog posts.

  • Performance Measurement & Optimization:

    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement metrics to measure sales team proficiency and product knowledge.

    • Continuously iterate and optimize sales enablement programs to drive increased sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or related business field.

  • Proven experience in product management, sales engineering, or sales enablement roles.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency in using rapid development tools (e.g., Retool) and familiarity with AI-powered sales enablement technologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear 1 and concise sales messaging.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.

Desired Attributes:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
