Performs essential duties related to one or more of the clinical subspecialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology/Immunology based on shift. One year clinical laboratory experience preferred (Student experience acceptable.)
Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited medical technology program preferred.
Alternatively, possesses qualifications for high complexity testing as evaluated against Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments ’88 (Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, Part 493.1489)
ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) Registry preferred.
