Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architect or Structural Engineer with a Wisconsin license to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $80,000–$100,000.
In this role, you will oversee commercial building projects from concept to completion, serving as the supervising professional. Your responsibilities will include developing building drawings, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin regulations, and collaborating with designers and draftsmen to deliver high-quality plans. You will also conduct site visits to monitor progress and work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial building design and construction, including projects such as metal buildings, office spaces, industrial facilities, schools, and churches. A current Wisconsin Architectural or Structural Engineering license is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
