Your Impact  


As a Strategic Accounts Program Manager you will drive the success of our largest strategic global restaurant customers. You’ll be the key contact bridging customer goals with internal Product, Engineering, and Technical teams — ensuring seamless onboarding, deep technical alignment, and long-term operational success. You’ll focus on scaling what works, improving what doesn’t, and building the playbook for how we support our largest restaurant partners.



A Typical Day
  • Lead Strategic Customer Programs
  • Serve as the operational and technical voice for our largest global accounts, ensuring successful projects across rfp, onboarding, rollout, and adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across C&I, Product, Engineering, and Support to remove blockers and meet project timelines.
  • Own rollout plans for pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, with clear metrics for success (e.g. >90% activation ratio, rollouts completed in under 6 months).
  • Run regular customer calls, manage scope changes, and align stakeholders on delivery expectations.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with content, insights, and recommendations.

  • Drive Operational & Technical Excellence
  • Maintain accurate internal reporting on customer health, activation progress, and delivery status.
  • Act as the first escalation point for day-to-day issues, SLAs, invoicing, and other operational needs.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, and represent Strategic Account needs to the Product team.
  • Help shape and evolve how we work with Technical Account Managers and Embedded Project Managers as we grow.

  • Scale Processes & Playbooks
  • Build repeatable workflows for complex RFPs, pilots, and customer onboarding.
  • Partner with Account Managers to scale programs like our Digital Ordering Club.
  • Ensure our internal tooling, dashboards, and documentation are accurate and insightful.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve processes, reduce friction, and drive clarity across teams.


Your Expertise
  • 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, program management, or operations roles in SaaS, hospitality/foodtech tech, or QSR.
  • Strong project management skills — you’re able to build structure, coordinate stakeholders, and keep work moving at pace.
  • Technical fluency: APIs, data platforms (SQL, BigQuery, Looker), product mechanics.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, visual, and verbal — with a calm, client-friendly approach.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple complex priorities.
  • Experience creating presentations for an executive and c-suite audience 
  • An eye for scalability — always looking for ways to improve, streamline, and document processes.

Additional Information
  • This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in our downtown Toronto office and 2 days working from home. 
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
