Operations & Administrative Support

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and teachable Operations & Administrative Support to help a growing venous disease, lymphedema, and wound care clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong soft skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle diverse tasks across different aspects of the business. This role requires someone who can quickly grasp new processes, take direction well, and contribute to multiple areas, including administrative support, customer service, and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing calendars.
  • Organize and maintain patient records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and handle basic billing support.
  • Manage clinic emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

🔹 Patient & Client Support

  • Act as a friendly point of contact for patients and vendors.
  • Handle patient inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the clinic and patients.

🔹 Training & Learning

  • Learn business processes quickly and apply them effectively
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on clinic needs.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures.

🔹 Business Growth & Operations

  • Support various operational aspects of the venous disease, lymphedema, and wound care clinic.
  • Help with marketing efforts, including social media updates, patient outreach, and educational material creation.
  • Assist with clinic expansion efforts, handling research, vendor communication, and project coordination.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, or patient coordination is a plus.
  • Comfortable with technology and various business software (email, scheduling, spreadsheets, EHR systems).
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000
Schedule: PST
