Description

We're seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to patients while welcoming and checking them in for appointments.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serves as the team lead, collaborating cross functionally with patient care coordinators and other support roles
  • Acts as main point of contact for patient financial concerns and works closely with financial counselors regarding financial concerns and workflows
  • Communicate with patients, families and staff to trouble shoot and meet patient needs while waiting to see their provider
  • Follow approved standard operating procedures to complete technical and administrative functions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, Healthcare or customer service industry experience preferred
  • This position is ideal for someone who demonstrates compassion, a commitment to excellent customer service, critical thinking and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work in a high paced team environment
  • This role requires computer skills and comfort with navigating multiple applications simultaneously
  • Must have demonstrated leadership potential in previous roles
