As Business Controller – Supply Chain (f/m/d), you’ll play a key role at the intersection of Finance and Operations. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to our C-level leadership, offering the opportunity to shape critical decisions around inventory strategy, cost control, and supply chain performance.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of financial analysis and reporting for inventory management — identifying trends, explaining variances, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities with real business impact.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and the executive team — translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead and continuously improve inventory control processes, ensuring accurate valuations, optimal turnover, and healthy stock levels.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce holding costs, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline supply chain operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory performance reports, delivering insights into stock aging, write-offs, and financial implications for leadership review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with in-depth analysis of inventory planning, cost allocations, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory efficiency, turnover rates, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

• You have extensive experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or accounting, with a strong focus on inventory management.
• You are highly proficient in ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and have advanced Excel skills.
• You communicate fluently in English.
