Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist assists in a wide range of functions, including digital marketing, content marketing, communications, branding, advertising, social media, market research, and competitive intelligence.

We are seeking an early-stage graphic designer and Powerpoint production professional with 3-5 years of experience to handle production graphic work utilizing templates provided by our designers and design team. This role involves creating high-quality presentations and collateral documents while adhering to our visual brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing content for client/business presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality materials are delivered through a structured review process.
• Maintain a universal storage system for working files and assets.
• Utilize marketing templates to ensure consistency in developed materials.
• Enhance skills and knowledge through training and research.
• Provide support for additional marketing projects as needed.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree In Marketing, Business, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and PDF production.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• basic Video editing or production skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, business communications, and social media marketing is advantageous.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate with a global team, managing time to meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
