Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a AN/BYG-1 Program Cordinator to join our Progeny Engineering team in Manassas, VA. The position provides an opportunity to support an engineering team with a full range of administrative duties and tasks. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS :

Concur liaison for BYG-1 programs (Book travel and Expense Reports )

Lead Quarterly Program BYG-1 Review (QPR) slide preparation, including management/tracking all program action items, schedules, project metrics, and relevant input for the Government customer, GDMS, and partner 3rd party contractors

Coordination TCS and BYG-1 events as needed. Event management usually includes food ordering, facilities, special requests, operating and understanding budgetary limits and event day support

Fulfills daily administrative tasks for the TCS team including:

Running Monday weekly meetings including (TCS Leadership & 12:45 Team Stand Up)

Personnel Management: Formulated, and maintains, detailed guidance to document the complicated processes and trainings required for TCS, specifically:
-
Manages and maintains TCS CACs
-
Manages the distribution of PKI tokens and notary services for the entire TCS team
-
Coordination for quarterly IPAR and annual CPAR submissions
-
Coordination for TCS contract A001 monthly report including travel log and PTR completion list
-
Management of invoice backup documentation packages, which are provided to PMS425 bi-weekly
-
SharePoint/Alliance administration including permissions, document management and special clean up projects
-
Submit PA Tool requests to open each TCS program project and charge number (~5,000 charge numbers)

Co-Lead TCS annual inventory (with Engineering team member)
-
Maintain the Headcount Forecast Tool (HFT) for the TCS contract.

Main liaison for all BYG-1 partners and government customers to support account access to the TCS unclassified development environment including access to Alliance, DOORS and JIRA

Security & Visit liaison:

Support facility requirements and need for TCS team

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
