Enterprise Account Executive- Nashville

Glean is on a mission to transform knowledge work through AI, seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in sales to join their diverse and innovative team.

Skills

  • Closing experience in sales
  • Technical product pitching and demonstration
  • Relationship building with C-level executives
  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, and infrastructure management

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors
  • Research customer business objectives for effective value-driven sales
  • Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate customer success
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets using a metrics-based approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics for pipeline generation
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on data
  • Run tight POCs based on business success criteria
