Strong Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- gathering, summarising and processing information from the customer;
- supporting customers in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements;
- making research and analysis of obtained information;
- presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team;
- writing the functional requirements, technical specifications and user stories/use cases;
- creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when necessary.
Requirements:
- understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow;
- 1+ years of experience creating technical documentation;
- spoken English skills — your level should be no lower than Upper-Intermediate;
- experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements;
- analytical capabilities, and structural mindset.
Will be a plus:
- prototyping experience (low fidelity, experience in wireframing or sketching);
- technical background;
- experience with user interface design patterns;
- curiosity about the field of Generative AI.
