Grammarly is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to drive data-driven design strategies in their Growth team, enhancing user acquisition and activation through innovative design solutions and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of designers in creating effective acquisition features, manage project execution from concept to delivery, advocate for user-centric design, and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
Skills: 8+ years of design experience with at least 5 years in leadership, proficiency in Figma and Creative Suite, strong communication and storytelling abilities, expertise in SaaS and design principles.
Qualifications: Experience in acquisition and activation strategies both in and outside the product particularly focusing on onboarding and SEO; strong eye for brand and visual design; leadership skills and ability to foster team culture.

You’ll drive the strategy and execution of our Acquisition and Activation experimentation and innovation - owning our first impression and engaging with millions of customers on effectively communicating our brand's story and value. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, dynamic team of growth experts committed to innovation and experimentation, focused on users learning about Grammarly on organic acquisition surfaces like SEO pages to help them sign up and get started in the product.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $236,000 – $325,000/year (USD)
