Schedule:
Morning shift: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Fridays)
Alternating Saturdays and Mondays

Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Additional administrative responsibilities.
- Operate an Internet based phone system.
- Handle multiple lines.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Superior customer service skills.
