The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving innovative and results-oriented digital marketing initiatives for our Spanish publishing division. This role plays a pivotal part in amplifying the reach and sales of our market-leading Bibles and books across key digital platforms in the U.S. and Latin America.
In close collaboration with the title marketing team, sales, and external agencies, this seasoned digital marketer will plan and execute data-driven frontlist and backlist campaigns across Amazon, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more. They will also lead the development and execution of imprint-level strategies for email marketing, social media, SEO, and web content—aligning all efforts to optimize e-commerce performance on platforms like Amazon US, Amazon Mexico, Buscalibre and other external and internal sales channels.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with the title marketing team on consumer targeting, consumer messaging, SEO and keyword strategy, seasonal marketing campaigns, and social media content.
This position will also be responsible for the ROI analysis and reporting results for digital campaigns and platforms as well as staying on top of new digital marketing and digital sales trends and opportunities
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned bilingual digital marketing leader familiar with the ever-changing digital marketing landscape and an innovator who inspires trust and confidence in internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for someone that can both lead and execute and capable of handling multiple projects at different stages in the marketing cycle with confidence and passion.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this marketing leader will be a key contributor to the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America sales growth of various imprints including Editorial Vida, Grupo Nelson, HarperEnfoque and Editorial Católica.
Our preference is to fill this position in Nashville, TN but we are also open to qualified candidates that are located outside of the Nashville area. Travel is required based on the need of the business.
Work Experience/Knowledge:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
Industry Knowledge:
Required: Knowledgeable in digital marketing & analytics best practices. Understanding of marketing, brand management, and publicity.
Preferred: Familiarity with book and Bible publishing and the faith-based market preferred.
Skills:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
