Instructure is seeking a Strategic Renewals Representative to support the Renewal team by facilitating customer calls, managing renewal activities, and ensuring effective communication during negotiations.
Responsibilities: Execute customer call requests, manage accuracy of renewal details in CRM, collaborate with Renewal Representatives, and conduct upsell conversations during negotiations.
Skills: Advanced negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with CRM, especially Salesforce; attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in negotiating contracts and pricing, experience with executive stakeholders, familiarity with CPQ tools is a plus.

As a Renewal Account Communications Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting the Renewal team by preparing, coordinating, and executing requests for customer calls. You will ensure that all relevant details are gathered in advance of the call to ensure the interaction progresses smoothly. This role requires advanced interpersonal and organizational skills as well as highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
