Accountabilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong understanding of both technology and product management principles.
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams, particularly in B2B or SaaS products.
  • Deep knowledge of product marketing, including effective positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage product roadmaps.
  • Hands-on mentality, comfortable diving into product details while also thinking strategically.
  • Experience in startup environments or high-growth companies is a plus.
