Responsibilities: The Senior Product Manager will establish a vision for reporting and insights, manage product execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure actionable insights for various user personas.
Skills: Candidates should have 3+ years of product management experience in K-12 edtech, excellent communication skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: A deep passion for education technology, proven experience in shipping successful software products, and a strong understanding of user needs for a great classroom experience are preferred.
Location: This role is remote-friendly, available for candidates within the Continental US, Hawaii, and Canada.
Compensation: $127423 - $156058 / Annually

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to deliver engaging and efficacious K-14 learning solutions for schools and districts. The primary focus of this role is managing product capabilities that help scale Khan Academy for Districts and specifically address the needs of district administrators in administering the product effectively for their district classrooms.
With the recent launch of Khanmigo and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a technology, this role will help harness the power of AI to deliver the product capabilities where applicable.

The target salary range for this position is $127,423 - $156,058 USD / $172,188 - $210,678 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data. Exceptional performers in this role who make an outsized contribution can make well in excess of this range. Additional incentives are provided as part of the complete total rewards package in addition to comprehensive medical and other benefits.
