As we expand, we are seeking a Tech Lead to join our team in on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately and be comfortable with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

This position is open only to Australian residents or those with a valid work visa. Applicants who do not meet this criteria will not be considered.

✅ Requirements:
🔹 8+ years of experience in software development.
🔹 Proven experience leading technical teams.
🔹 Strong expertise in serverless architecture with AWS Lambda.
🔹 Hands-on experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
🔹 Deep understanding of event-driven systems and experience with Kafka.
🔹 Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 Ability to work onsite in Mulgrave, VIC (3 days per week).
🔹 Immediate availability preferred.
🔹 Experience working in a retail company as a software engineer is a plus!
