Talent Management Program Manager

This is Talent Management at Lattice

Location: San Francisco, CA

Build programs that grow people at a company that does the same. This is more than a Talent Management role, it’s a chance to design, scale, and evolve the very programs that help Latticians do the best work of their lives while using Lattice to power Lattice. As our dedicated Talent Management Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we develop, recognize, and support our people. You’ll bring structure to high-impact moments across performance, development, and engagement - and shape how our culture grows as we grow.

What You Will Do

  • Enhance and scale our talent management programs by aligning best practices and creative solutions to Lattice’s high performance culture and business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, engagement, and pulse surveys across the company while adapting for department-specific needs
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify program impact, insights, and emerging trends that will inform future program iteration
  • Create employee and manager resources to ensure our talent management programs meet the needs of employees, managers, and the business
  • Build engaging training content and facilitate sessions in a remote/hybrid environment 
  • Become a Lattice product expert - managing the Talent Suite for employees while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to share feedback and influence product development 
  • Continuously assess for process improvements while partnering with the broader People team to implement innovative solutions

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 3-4 years of experience delivering People programs from design through implementation and iteration
  • Exceptional project management and attention to detail
  • Creative problem solver who can build programming that solves for short and longer-term priorities
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to manage competing stakeholder needs and resolve diverse input to build alignment across teams
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
  • Deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people
  • Ability to anticipate employee needs and questions, and build scalable systems to support them
  • You care deeply about people, helping them to achieve and grow, and enabling them to do the best and most meaningful work of their lives
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent management and development
  • Ethical management of confidential and highly sensitive data

Nice to have but not required

    • Experience with Lattice’s platform
    • Broad experience across the People function including People Analytics, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering
    • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility

 

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $117,000 - $137,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
