Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the optimization of our production lifecycle by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery. How will you make a difference

  • Assist in the identification and analysis of bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration.
  • Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Assist in facilitating continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.
