Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and support, ensuring effective utilization of their visual collaboration products while promoting innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include providing best-in-class onboarding, understanding customer business objectives, delivering technical solutions, and supporting project scoping and post-implementation initiatives.
Skills: Candidates should have 2+ years of client-facing experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a technical background or aptitude for the Lucid product suite.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have experience in a technical field, particularly in software as a service (SaaS), and familiarity with SSO identity providers.
Location: This job is based in Salt Lake City, UT, and requires in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
