Your tasks

As a Change Management Team at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation, we provide global support and advice to managers and employees in major transformation projects in order to keep them informed, involved and motivated. We work closely with Corporate Communications and the strategy team on these topics.

• During your multi-faceted internship, you will support us in creating concepts that aim to involve managers and employees in change projects, inform, motivate and collect feedback.

• You actively contribute your ideas and contributions to our concepts.

• You also organize and accompany workshops with managers and employees to shape the changes together.

• As a permanent team member, you actively shape the corporate culture together with us.

Your profile

• You study economics, psychology or a similar course of study and ideally have already gained initial practical experience in the field of organizational development or change management.

• Your strengths include high teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and a pragmatic, organized and independent way of working.

• In addition, you are characterized by clear and open communication and strong conceptual skills. You are also able to quickly find your way around a dynamic environment and enjoy actively contributing to our topics and continuously developing yourself.

• Your well-versed approach to common MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
