Responsibilities
- Handle user inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding our dating and social networking apps.
- Assist users with account setup, profile management, and app functionalities.
- Address user concerns related to safety, privacy, and content moderation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on trends within the dating app industry to offer relevant support and insights.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the dating or social networking sector, is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining a high level of service.
