Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Dutch-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance.
- Assess the situation and provide clear instructions and support to clients in distress.
- Coordinate with service providers to dispatch assistance as quickly as possible.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up actions taken.
- Offer empathetic and professional support to clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
- Stay updated on company services, policies, and changes in roadside assistance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an emergency or support role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with automotive services and roadside assistance procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the possibility of shifts during evenings and weekends.
