Hebrew Speaking Consultant for B2B SaaS & Cloud Computing Department
Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Hebrew Speaking Consultant to join our Client's B2B SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this vital Junior position, you will be a key resource for our Hebrew-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating our cloud computing and SaaS solutions to drive their business success.
Your responsibilities will include providing expert support, addressing client inquiries, facilitating product demonstrations, and assisting in the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and your dedication to client satisfaction will be essential in helping our clients leverage our services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hebrew-speaking clients with inquiries regarding B2B SaaS and cloud solutions
- Conduct engaging product presentations and tailored demonstrations
- Support the sales team by providing insights and managing client relationships
- Troubleshoot any issues clients encounter and deliver timely resolutions
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance our offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and new developments in SaaS and cloud computing
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis on building relationships
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/cloud computing solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
- A proactive approach to client interactions, with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, or customer support is advantageous but not essential
- A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn about SaaS and cloud solutions is essential
