We’re looking for a passionate Finance Business Partner – CAPEX to partner the Asset Ops team and work hand in hand with Directors responsible for keeping the lights on of National Grid’s Electricity Transmission business.
You’ll join a team of Finance Business Partners who work hand in hand with Directors of National Grid’s Electricity Transmission business, responsible for delivering the biggest upgrade the National Grid has seen in decades. This role will play a significant role in providing financial leadership, partnering the Asset Operations team who are at the heart of maintaining the 99.9999% reliability of England and Wales’ Electricity Transmission Network. The Asset Operations team have accountability for the routine inspection, maintenance and repair of the network assets. The team are also responsible for replacing and refurbishing the existing the network, among other capital expenditure.
This role is based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you.
