We're proud of our rich history of partnering with our clients to develop end to end digital technology solutions to accelerate their transformation and innovation journey. For over 40+ years our diverse global teams have delivered large-scale, mission-critical, multi-platform projects to governments and enterprises.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact HR transformation initiative, driving end-to-end delivery from planning through to go-live.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on complex delivery, can manage diverse stakeholders, and knows how to keep momentum across cross-functional teams—including employees, vendors, and contractors.
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the delivery of a large-scale HRIS implementation as part of a broader transformation program. You’ll be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and issue management, and ensuring clear progress reporting to leadership.
You’ll lead and motivate a diverse delivery team—spanning internal employees, external contractors, and vendors—to meet key milestones and deliver business outcomes. Your role will also involve managing senior stakeholder relationships, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines throughout the journey.
Your strong communication skills and hands-on experience in seeing projects through to go-live will make you a trusted advisor and delivery lead on this transformation.
Extensive experience in end-to-end project delivery using Waterfall methodologies
Proven experience implementing HRIS packaged software (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
Strong capability in project planning, budget tracking, reporting, and risk/issue management
Ability to work autonomously and lead diverse teams including internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and facilitation skills – both written and verbal
Demonstrated success in transformation programs, with experience from initiation through to go-live
A self-starter mindset with strong organisational and leadership skills
