THE AGENCY 

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. THE JOB 

The Coordinator, Search & Social assists team members with tactical campaign planning and management for a given business segment. As a Coordinator your day to day responsibilities include trafficking, daily optimization, building reports and responding to various requests from team leadership. 

Responsibilities include:  

Paid Social 

  • Utilize social management tools such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat to set up ads and targeting for execution 
  • Pull and analyze audience reports  
  • Assist in the creation of weekly and one-off reporting 
  • Compile and file campaign screenshots 
  • QA the data for campaign reports 
  • Manage insertion orders and accounting information for campaigns  

Paid Search 

  • Perform day-to-day campaign activities for paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, YouTube and become seasoned in search management platforms including Google AdWords, Bing Ads Editor and DoubleClick Search 
  • Manage campaign activity, traffic ads, and monitor performance on a daily basis 
  • Implement optimizations and analysis of campaigns 
  • Create reporting and data pulls 
  • Manage billing and insertion orders 
  • Pull competitive analysis and insights 

YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Online marketing experience desired; paid social and search engine marketing a plus 
  • Required competency in the following areas: 
    • Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display and paid social 
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and time management skills 
    • Analytical mindset. Strong problem-solving skills that balance quantitative and qualitative thinking 
    • Strong organizational skills; excellent communicator; proven team player 
  • Excel and Word familiarity required; PowerPoint familiarity a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings 
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment  
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking  
  • Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely 

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range
$40,000$40,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
