🚗 Exciting Opportunity! Join the Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES team as a Hebrew Speaking Customer Support representative for the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting Hebrew-speaking customers with their insurance inquiries and claims processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients in the automotive insurance sector. Whether handling policy-related questions or assisting with the claims process, your expertise will ensure customers receive the assistance they need. Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients in the automotive insurance and claims department.
  • Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy details, and the claims process.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on insurance policies and claims procedures.
  • Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is required.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support, specifically in insurance or claims, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Passion for assisting customers in navigating insurance processes.
