Your Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries about book availability, orders, and other related services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on our book offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.

- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for literature and reading.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
