French Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to introduce a captivating opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Fashion & Apparel Department. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about fashion and committed to providing exceptional support to customers.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, orders, and exchanges.
  • Guide customers with styling advice, product recommendations, and inventory questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand and its offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current market trends.
