Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
- Offer insights and recommendations regarding content, features, and platform updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in streaming services and entertainment to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or entertainment industries, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenges and provide solutions effectively.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
