Responsibilities
- Engaging with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their business software and CRM needs.
- Providing expert consultations on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM systems.
- Analyzing clients’ existing software infrastructure and offering tailored solutions for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software solutions.
- Conducting training and workshops to educate clients on effective software utilization.
- Staying updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent service and ongoing support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex topics in a simple manner.
- Experience with project management and software integration processes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
