Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Fitness & Sports Equipment Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for fitness and sports, and who enjoy delivering top-notch customer service to assist Spanish-speaking clients in achieving their fitness goals.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, orders, returns, and product recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the company's system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, fitness trends, and company promotions to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Encourage customer engagement and promote a positive brand image through excellent communication.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for fitness and sports, with a genuine desire to help customers.
