Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, orders, returns, and product recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the company's system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fitness trends, and company promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Encourage customer engagement and promote a positive brand image through excellent communication.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
