Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Grocery Delivery Services Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers with their shopping experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
  • Handle customer orders, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams to provide accurate information and updates to customers regarding their orders.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to educate customers appropriately.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment by collaborating with team members.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or grocery delivery sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine interest in grocery delivery services and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
