Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
- Handle customer orders, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams to provide accurate information and updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to educate customers appropriately.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
- Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment by collaborating with team members.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or grocery delivery sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
